Building A Better Home Together

Problem Statement.jpg

Our Purpose and Vision

WeHome Foundation Canada is committed to providing secure living conditions and essential support for asylum seekers and vulnerable youth. By fostering community ties and offering personalized programs, we help individuals regain stability and confidence while rebuilding their lives.

The supported living accommodation will employ five key staff members, led by Alimamy Kabba as the CEO. Alimamy , a former asylum seeker himself, oversees the organization’s strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with its mission to provide comprehensive support services for asylum seekers in Toronto. The team includes an Operations Manager to handle daily facility management, a Program Coordinator to develop and implement support services (including mental health and legal aid), and two Caseworkers to offer individualized support to residents. Together, under Alimamy's leadership, the team is committed to delivering compassionate, effective services that promote community integration and long term well being.
